Outsourced-Business Development. G4i provides all the research and selection of potential opportunities for our clients. Capabilities are aligned to the opportunities available, using G4i’s proprietary Capture Process to evaluate our client’s ability to win. The determination on whether to proceed to a Capture Process is managed by the E PROMIS system. Outsourced-Capture Management. G4i analyzes the facts ranging from current incumbent, competitive analysis, client capabilities, and team requirements using subcontractors to win themes to pricing considerations. The result of a completed Capture Plan leads to the bid/no bid decision.

Outsourced-Proposal Development. This consists of the actual creation of a proposal to the government on behalf of our client. G4i provides technical writing support and development and final oral presentation assistance as required.

Basic users can manage their own pipeline: they can search for their own opportunities and store them. Advanced users have access to additional features in the system, including the step-by-step process templates designed to walk a user through the entire procurement of start-to-win process. The final membership level is Premiere, limited to a small number of large corporations who make significant commitments to G4i and its programs. Premiere members have the option for G4i to do all the opportunities identification and evaluation.
