As CTO he is responsible for setting the technological direction of the company internally and externally, encompassing company IT infrastructure and Product development. Before Rowe was named CTO, he served as a Consultant to G4i for infrastructure planning, implementation and deployment as well as product design and development.

Prior to G4i Consulting, Rowe was Director of Technical Services for Synchris, Inc where he managed special projects, high profile and company critical projects, customer expectations and resources. He developed and delivered custom presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and business partners. He validated the implementation infrastructure and configurations for a variety of software solutions and platforms. Rowe also led the requirements planning and development for the company’s new Task Order Management application.

Prior to Synchris, Mr. Rowe was a Sr. Systems Consultant for FileNet Corp. Using corporate standardized tools, procedures and processes; he provided pre/post-sales consulting and technical support to Account Executives in direct software sales opportunities to Fortune 100 companies. Rowe was engaged in large enterprise Web-based solutions that focused on e-Content, e-Process, and e-Business. He was responsible for initiating business re-engineering studies, integration feasibility analysis and defining the System Infrastructure and configuration, while interacting with Engineering and Marketing groups at FileNet as well as its Corporate Partners and Independent Software Vendors.
